Troquelados Rodríguez is a company founded in 1976 and located in Arnedo. We are specialised in the manufacture of all types of insoles for shoe fitting, using various materials such as cellulose, non – woven fabrics, cardboard, plastic, all kinds of foam, etc. Our insoles are optimal for different types of footwear:
men and woman, safety, sandals, sport and trekking.
Throughout our years of solid experience, we have been combining traditional work with technology as well as classic materials with avant-garde. As a result of this work together with our demanding quality controls, we obtain high quality products with perfect finishes suitable for the different manufactures required by each costumer. This makes us suppliers of the best brands.
Our insoles are designed with 2D technology (CAD) and we cut them with blade cutting machines (CAM) in order to be able to adapt to any shape and perimeter. With 3D technology we design our own moulds, which are manufactured with Computer Numeric Controlled (CNC) to adapt to any last break. By combining these two technologies, we achieve a perfect fit for each of our customers’ lasts.
